Today we
had a very busy and productive day – the project development day. After the
breakfast we charged our batteries with a weird Estonian dance and directly
started to work. We received very valuable feedback from our trainers, so it
was no big deal to keep on working in a really express pace in order to develop
our future projects.
By filling the application form we double checked if our
previously developed drafts were fitting with the Erasmus+ programme’s
objectives, and as they obviously did (we’re really an amazing team as our dear followers
already know) we went to lunch.
Ok, let’s
be serious now… Lunch is important, but it was also an opportunity to exchange
comments and share ideas between each other. So afterwards we had a short break
and went back to work. After Almonteser’s interesting energizer we were given a timetable form (thank you dear
Estonian N.A.) and we continued with planning detailed programmes and
activities of our projects. Just to mention, we have four EVS initiatives and two
youth exchanges. Out of these six very promising projects all will be applied
in October. If this works out (hopefully it will, no other option to be honest)
we will be able to say that this Partnership Building Activity was a very
efficient one.
After we
filled in our timetables, there was a perfect moment for a little bit more
relaxing feedback session. Our trainers asked us to present all of the projects
in a creative way, because the Viljandi Local Forest Agency was visiting and as
we all know, they are the masters of the puppets and what they decide the N.A.
must approve. So we did our best to impress them – there was music, dance,
theatre, and much more. We had a great time, and so had the V.L.F.A. Unexpectedly, all the projects have been approved . Here we have just few
random comments that some of the teams received.
We’ve been
so productive so far that tonight we skip the information about dinner and leave it to
your imagination. Head aega!
